Question 1

How do I place an order?

Accepted Answer

Please click on LET’S TALK and complete the inquiry form so I can collect all the details for your banner, including the date needed, size, theme, wording, colors, and inspiration photos. Once I review your request, I’ll follow up by text to confirm details, pricing, and availability.

Question 2

How far in advance should I order?

Accepted Answer

At least two weeks in advance is recommended, especially during busy seasons. Rush orders may be available depending on my schedule and include an additional rush fee.

Question 3

Where do you ship?

Accepted Answer

I ship throughout the U.S., all U.S. territories, and Canada. U.S. shipping typically ranges from $8-$12. Shipping to Canada is approximately $35. Your exact shipping cost will be included in your quote/invoice.

Question 4

Is local pickup available?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Local pickup is available in the West Lake Worth area, near Lyons Road and Lantana Road. Address will be provided privately.

Question 5

How much do banners cost?

Accepted Answer

Pricing depends on the banner size, amount of detail, lettering, theme, and overall design. Once I review your request, I’ll provide a quote before any work begins.

Question 6

Am I committed to ordering if I fill out the inquiry form?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely not! Filling out the inquiry form is completely risk-free. After I review your request and send mockups/pricing, you can decide whether you’d like to move forward. If the design, price, or timing doesn’t work for you, no problem at all. You will not owe anything unless you choose to proceed with the order.

Question 7

Is a deposit required?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Customers are required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit before painting begins. The remaining balance is due before pickup, delivery, or shipping.

Question 8

Will I receive a mockup before ordering?

Accepted Answer

Yes. After you complete the inquiry form and upload any inspiration pictures, I’ll create a mockup for you free of charge. I provide up to three mockups at no cost, with unlimited edits before you decide whether you’d like to move forward.

Question 9

What hanging options are included with my banner?

Accepted Answer

You can choose from three hanging options: 4 push pins, 4 grommets in the corners (gold or silver), or nano tape for the 4 corners. Please select the option that works best for where and how you plan to display your banner.

Question 10

Can I cancel my order after painting has started?

Accepted Answer

I will send you a text once painting hast started. Once painting has started, deposits and payments are non-refundable. This applies to cancellations, changes of mind, or missed event dates.

Question 11

Will I see the finished banner before pickup or shipping?

Accepted Answer

Yes. I will send you a photo of your completed banner once your order is finalized. The remaining balance is due at that time, before pickup or shipping.

Question 12

How long does it take to complete a banner?

Accepted Answer

Banner orders are completed based on the event date or “need by” date you provide on your inquiry form. If you need your banner sooner for any reason, please let me know before placing your order so I can confirm whether I’m able to accommodate the timeline.

Question 13

Will my final banner look exactly like the digital mockup?

Accepted Answer

I do my best to match the approved mockup as closely as possible, but every banner is hand-painted, so small variations are normal. Final colors, lettering, lines, and details may look slightly different from the digital mockup. Some letters or lines may also be painted a little thicker for durability, readability, and a cleaner hand-painted finish. Minor imperfections are part of the handmade nature and uniqueness of your banner.

Question 14

What happens after my banner is shipped?

Accepted Answer

Once your order has been shipped, I am not responsible for carrier delays. I carefully package each banner to help prevent damage, but I cannot control how packages are handled by the shipping carrier.

Question 15

Can you guarantee my banner will arrive by my event date?

Accepted Answer

I will do my best to complete and ship your banner on time, but shipping delays can happen once the package is with the carrier. Ordering as early as possible is always recommended.

Question 16

What shipping carrier do you use?

Accepted Answer

Banners are typically shipped through UPS. Once your order has shipped, I will provide tracking information when available.

Question 17

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

I currently accept Zelle, CashApp, and cash. Payment details will be confirmed once your order is accepted.

Question 18

How do arch banners work?

Accepted Answer

If you are local to West Lake Worth or Wellington, arch banners include use of the arch stand as part of the final price. The arch stand is approximately 6.6 feet tall by 3.3 feet wide, and the actual banner is made approximately 6 feet tall by 3 feet wide.
The stand is borrowed and must be returned within 24 hours of the pickup date. A $30 damage deposit is included, and it will be returned to you once the stand is brought back on time and in good condition. The only arch stand color currently available is a gold/goldish color.
If you are not local, I can still create and ship an arch banner to you; however, the arch stand is not included with shipped orders. Ribbon to tie the banner to the arch stand is included.

Question 19

What sizes do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Common sizes include 3x3, 3x4, 3x5, and arch-style banners. Custom sizes may be available depending on the request.
